Bloom Beauty co-founder, Brian Bailey, is a 25-year service professional with credentials earned apprenticing at George Brown College and industry leaders such as Vidal Sassoon, Allana V and Civello.

He has serviced thousands of beauty customers, primarily in the cities of Toronto and Ottawa, and participated in progressive beauty programs in major beauty centres including Montreal, Los Angeles, Paris and Chicago.
